I am writing to express our appreciation of Tyler Wilson and how professionally, honestly, and efficiently he dealt with our mortgage renewal application. Though our mortgage is quite small, our situation was somewhat complicated by David’s non-residence status. Unfortunately, the banks were unable to accommodate us.  However, it was through Tyler’s work on our file, the time that he spent with us, and ultimately his persistence that we ended up getting a deal that accommodates our current financial situation. I had to write and let you know how much I appreciate the service provided to me by Tyler Wilson.This is the second time I have you used a mortgage broker.  The first time was in 2008.The broker that I had originally used had moved away and I was wary of using someone new.

I needn’t have worried though as once again I have been (frankly) bowled over by the care Invis and especially Tyler Wilson has provided me.  He has been incredibly patient and kind, has never made me feel as though I am inconveniencing him despite many questions and concerns.  My calls were always taken, my emails were answered promptly and information and accuracy in my paperwork was 100%.
